Ristorante Amarone is a tribute to the Italian style. The interior of the restaurant comprises of carefully designed vaulted ceilings, marble floors and pillars and a façade that resembles the most beautiful corners of the Italian alleyways. The first menu was prepared by the star Chef – Alfredo Chiocchetti, who in his time was the forerunner of Italian cuisine at such a high level in Krakow. Light, fresh, full of simplicity, but composed of the highest quality products. Today Ristorante Amarone is part of one restaurant – Pod Różą, which has its own brand and reputation. Thanks to these values, it was possible to create an extremely original kitchen that mixes styles and combines culinary trends. A unique place for multi-course tastings combined with the taste of fantastic wines. The local Vinoteka is a place – a phenomenon on the map of the Old Town. It is possible to organize here unique, intimate meetings with an authorized menu in the company of over 300 species of the best wines.
